Call Me A Dreamer

Good Morning! (or Afternoon or Evening, whatever it is for you.) I woke up this morning and decided to sleep in an extra hour. Even though that probably wasn't the wisest decision and neither is choosing to blog when there are so many things going on this week, I decided that since I woke up an hour later, it means I would only have an hour at the library before I had to go to a 1 on 1 with one of the Hall Council Execs, which wouldn't provide me with enough time to get into the zone of studying. So I decided to blog. This last 3 day weekend was mostly spent studying. I have 3 midterms this week. 1 is today in Heat Transfer, 1 is Thursday for Physical Chemistry (in which my professor had a family emergency and will be out for the next 2 weeks), and lastly is Thermodynamics on Friday. Happy New Year! I feel really bad that I finally am posting about stuff that has happened weeks ago, but amidst all of the traveling and surprise keeping, there was a lot that I could not post until Karl came back from his trip to Asia and some of the countries within. I had to refresh on what I had last posted about. As far as my grades went, I ended up getting a B- in Thermodynamics, so praise the Lord for that one! Also, during winter break duty, I made hats. Lots of hats. Here is a picture of the stuff that I made while I was stuck in the building. From right to left and up to down: Brown Owl Hat for Kyle (Karl's brother), Grey Owl hat for me, teal scarf for me, Brown Monkey Hat for Karl, and Pink/variegated Owl for Christine (the RD). This is only what I did while on duty. A resident/friend of mine showed me how to make the monkey hat, and from various pictures on google, I figured out how to make an owl hat combined with the basic earflap beanie and adding to it. I...
