*sniffle

Well, I'm all done with finals now. I'm kinda sick right now and I'm working at the front desk. I've said a lot of silly things and am finding things quite hilarious whilst not being myself. I was really upset about not being able to taste the Butterfinger that I have for dessert. Finals are done, but I honestly don't think I did that well on my math final that I had today. It was 15 multiple choice, upon which, I think I guessed on about 10 of 'em and then 2 work through problems, and I know I did one of them correctly, the other one I got about half of it. I got a D on my engineering final (which was quite atrocious) and I got a B- in the class unless he curves it and I'll get an B in the class. I think the only classes I may get an A in are Organic Chem and Physics..

On a happy note, I got to play Spyro the Dragon for the PSone and I beat it 5 and a half hours with 120% completion. (they have a bonus level that is accessible if you get 100% on the overall game.) So I'm happy about that. Videogames are a nice release and a way to veg out after finals. I'm excited for winter break though. I can't wait to get to go up to Canada to visit one of my best friends from growing up. I think since the legal drinking age up there is 19 we may visit some pubs or something, just to see what they're like and all. I think the people I'm going with aren't really too keen on drinking or anything, and neither am I, but I wouldn't mind tasting things. After I come back from Canada I am on duty for Break housing, so that'll be work, but it'll be nice to be paid $20/day for just hanging out and doing rounds and having the phone and getting to read books and do whatever I wish.

My friend is coming over tomorrow to visit with me at 1pm before I have duty that evening for which I'm pretty excited. Though I'm not that good at coming up with things we can do while being here on campus, for there isn't much to see if you're not giving tours or anything, but I may wanna just walk around downtown Corvallis or go to book shops and maybe even do some shopping (for I need to do my Secret Santa Shopping for our Sackett Staff night).

I'm really loving my residents. Even though there are some 'trouble makers' they all have good hearts and I really do appreciate them. I got a card that was signed by the majority of them and I got super excited about it. I put it on my bulletin board. And then another couple of residents wrote me more heartfelt messages in a card that they gave me before break. It makes me feel like I'm actually doing something that is worthwhile when I get message like that.

Anyways, just jammin' at the desk listening to some dubstep-y stuff at the desk. Apparently I'm not the type to listen to it.. However, I beg to differ since I love to blast this stuff while driving. :)
Thanks for reading my complaints and random ramblings while I'm sick.
